Over the past few years this specific cavity has seen some action, plenty of squirrels, both red and grey morph Eastern Screech Owls, but on this day, when you thought you had seen it all, there was a surprise...a Barred Owl had decided it was going to spend the day chilling out in it!

Hard to say... Maybe the one on the left.
I think it's the way the eyes are; The owl just looks so tired, like "Please, let me rest..."
I do love a napping Barred.
Plus that was also my pick, because it is maximizing the space while the Screech Owls feel like they should be stored together.
